The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The location was excellent. I had originally reserved a room with 1 bed because my husband was supposed to be traveling with me. However, due to unforeseeable circumstances, plans changed last minute, and my mother in law traveled with me instead. The night manager was amazing about switching me to a room with 2 beds and then put me on a more convenient floor also! She then moved us again when there was a little issue with the first room. I would stay here again.

I didn’t eat a breakfast. The pool is permanently closed so other places might be better if that’s important. It wasn’t for me. The room was clean and the refrigerator held a few snacks for me during my visit. The staff are exceptional. Everyone was friendly. I stayed here about a year ago and it was still an excellent choice.

I got a great deal on Booking.com. we didn't check in until 11:45 that night. I thought the bed was kind of hard, but we slept great

All I need is a hot shower and a bug-free room for this price point, and they delivered this time. I even spent some time on their elliptical machine in their "gym". Very spartan (virtually no weights and the treadmill was broken), but I was satisfied. The rooms even have a fridge & microwave. Bonus!

I like that even though I was considered a temporary guest I could still bring down my bedding and towels for clean ones. I loved the staff and housekeeping supplied me with any and everything I needed during my stay. I was impressed how fast the elevator got fixed after it was broke down. I had an amazing stay for a great price will definitely come back.

I needed a place to stay after a show at Blossom Music Center. This place is pretty close to there. Super reasonable rates. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The staff was pleasant and helpful. But for the love of all that is Holy, do not, I repeat, DO NOT travel between these two destinations via Yellow Creek road. I have warned ye, that path is a dangerous one and you will rue the day you traveled it until the day you die, and those dates may be the same.

The location was so central to lots of restaurants, great for travelers. Also right off the highway. It was quiet and the staff was super nice

Pretty good for the rates. All the basic facilities you need. Fast Internet, good water pressure, clean.

They were so friendly and accommodating. We arrived hours early with a discrepancy in our reservation and they still helped us and let us in early for such good value. Will return anytime I need to stay near Akron.

The Manager Vijay & Binni were very accommodating. Even though they didn't allow cooking I was able to find places near that had food. My first rm was cool, but I have children so to not upset other visitors he was able to move us to a different rm. The other rm had a bit of a bug problem so when I made those concerns known we were moved to a nicer rm. This time no issues kids were able to be comfortable and I didn't see any bugs or experience any bite marks. I would say the rm number but I don't want the wrong kind of people bringing the bugs lol. Just joking but its no one business. Overall I definitely know that if I need a place for me and my little ones we would come back there. Suggestion is to update laundry area so coins is not the only option. I like how clean they kept up things tho.
